All players over the age of 13 should create an account via our website or our app.
Anyone under the age of 13 will need their parent or carer to set up an account first. This is due to safety guidelines over location tracking. The parent/carer can then add additional family members via a family management feature accessible from your account settings. You can add family members using cards by tapping their card against your phone when prompted.
To check a player's progress, the adult logs into the account and switches between connected player profiles.
Please note that while parent and child profiles can be connected to view progress and manage the family, players can only get points by using their own card or app. You cannot collect points on behalf of other family members.
If you've signed up on our website, and then decide use our mobile app, simply login to the app with the login you created on the website. No need to sign up again.
Please note that 1 week before the game ends, you'll no longer be able to join a game.
