If you’ve received a card from your school, you should have also received a card for a parent to play with. Remember, the two cards are not linked to each other.
Each individual card will need to be connected to a different player profile.
Cards that are handed out by schools need to be registered online in order to join the school team. You'll also be able to check your points and mileage and be in with a chance to win individual prizes, you will need to link your card to a player profile.
Parents or carers should set up an account first. You can add family members to that same account as player profiles. You'll be able to easily switch between profiles to view performance. You can set up family members under 13 yourself by filling out their details. If you want other adults to join your family account, you'll be able to send them a link. They simply need to click that link and follow the setup instructions to join their account to yours.
Cards collected at distribution points must be linked to an account in order to join a team and to be in with a chance to win lucky box prizes. You will also then be able to monitor your performance online and see your journeys.
1 week before the game ends, you will no longer be able to join a game and link a card to your account.
